Why did you choose to study at UniSQ?

I chose to study at UniSQ because of the great information I got online about the university. UniSQ is Australia's leading regional university and is renowned for its innovation and excellence in education, student experience, research and engagement.

I chose to study nursing at UniSQ because, I really liked the curriculum, the lecturers are great and well prepared. The amount of people in a classroom is balanced so you can engage in the activities and ask questions. I don’t feel like I’m just another student, lecturers actually care. And the university offers mental health help as well as academic resources.

While my friends were onboarding for Sydney and Melbourne, I chose a different path and decided to study at UniSQ. One of the major reasons is the small class size and the environment. I never really liked the chaos and busy cities which is why I chose the Toowoomba campus as it's located not far away from Brisbane but is peaceful, liveable and cooler.

The reasons I chose to study at UniSQ are based on thorough assessment of my preference for both living and learning environments. First of all, the universities curriculum is unique in that it promises to expand my understanding of the area of study wised simultaneously combining practical experiences.

The university is located in a peaceful yet easily accessible area. Tucked away among parks with an abundance of greenery, it offers a calm environment that is ideal for learning. On the other hand, it's easy to commute from UniSQ Toowoomba campus to major cities, creating the ideal mix of tranquil study spaces and more than amenities.

Furthermore, another significant advantage is the residential colleges on campus. It entails having resources and a supportive community which will advance both my academic and personal development. All of these aspects make UniSQ an ideal desicion for me to achieve my educational and professional goals.
